About Lotsmith
An independent lot should not have to choose between selling cars and marketing them.
Lotsmith is the marketing employee an independent used-car dealer cannot afford to hire. It watches your inventory, finds what is worth promoting, and prepares the complete listing for each vehicle, ready for your approval. We built it because the dealers who are best at selling cars are too often stuck doing the marketing after the lot closes.
Why we built it
It started on the lot.
[ORIGIN, paragraph 1. Tell the real story in plain language. Who saw the problem, and where. The most trustworthy version is first-hand: a lot you worked at or grew up around, the nights spent posting cars by hand, the aged units nobody had time to remarket. Name specifics.]
[ORIGIN, paragraph 2. The turn: what made you decide software should handle this, and the principle you would not compromise on (the dealer approves everything). End on the promise the product keeps today.]
What we believe
Our point of view on marketing an independent lot.
These are not slogans. They are the rules the product is actually built on.
Marketing should not compete with selling
An owner-operator only has so many hours. Every one spent editing photos and writing ads after close is an hour not spent with a buyer. Lotsmith exists to take the marketing off the plate, not to add another dashboard to check.
The dealer decides. Always.
Lotsmith prepares the work; the dealer approves it. Nothing reaches a buyer without a person signing off. Approval is not a setting that can be switched off, it is how the product works, because it is your lot and your name on the listing.
Software makes the decisions, AI does the creative
Which car to market and when is a business decision, and business decisions belong in deterministic logic you can trust and check. AI writes the copy and shapes the photos. It never invents a vehicle fact or decides what your inventory is worth.
Built for the independent lot, not the big group
We are not building for franchise mega-dealers with a marketing department. We build for the independent and buy-here-pay-here lots that handle their own marketing, because that is where a marketing employee you cannot afford to hire changes the most.
The team
The people behind Lotsmith.
A small team building for a specific dealer, with a specific problem, on purpose.

[Founder, or Founder & CEO]
[One or two sentences. Lead with the first-hand experience that makes this person credible on independent-dealer marketing: years in the car business, a family lot, time spent building for dealers. Specifics beat adjectives.]
[Team member name]
[Role, e.g. Head of Product]
[One or two sentences on what they do at Lotsmith and the relevant background. Keep the voice plain and concrete.]

The best way to know us is to watch it work.
Bring a few real vehicles. We will build the marketing Lotsmith prepares for each one, and you tell us if it holds up. That conversation tells you more about us than any about page can.
