How using Lotsmith works.

These are the terms that apply when you use Lotsmith. They are written in plain language on purpose, because you should not need a lawyer to understand a marketing tool. By creating an account you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data and is part of this agreement.

Lotsmith generates marketing listings from the inventory you provide and helps you review, approve, and publish them. Some capabilities, such as automated publishing and additional marketplaces, are still being built and are described honestly on our roadmap.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the inventory you provide and for reviewing listings before they are published. You agree to follow the rules of any marketplace you post to, including Craigslist.

You approve every listing. Nothing is published on your behalf without your sign-off.

We work to keep Lotsmith running reliably, but the product is offered as is. We will tell you about meaningful changes to how it works.

You can stop using Lotsmith at any time and ask us to remove your data. We will help you export your information if you need it.
