Vehicle merchandising
Vehicle merchandising is how a used car is presented to buyers: its photos, description, and pricing presentation across every listing.
Two lots can hold the same car at the same price and sell it at very different speeds. The difference is merchandising. Clean, well-lit photos from the angles buyers look for, a description that names who the car is right for, and clear pricing all decide whether a shopper stops or scrolls past.
Good merchandising is what makes a small independent lot look as established as the franchise down the street. It is also the most repeatable lever a dealer has, because it applies to every vehicle, every listing, every day.
